Effective Date: September 25, 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Trophy Inc., governing your use of the Son + Fox Jetmax mobile application (the "App").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

Trophy Inc. grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use the App on devices that you own or control, in accordance with this Agreement and the usage rules set by Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

2. Subscription and Access

3. No Login Required

This app does not require or offer a login system. Your subscription is linked to your Apple or Google account, not to a user profile.

4. Functionality Disclaimer

The App provides calculated jetting recommendations and relative horsepower estimations based on data from third-party weather services and user-supplied input (engine, kart type, etc.). These calculations are provided "as-is" and are intended for informational purposes only. Trophy Inc. does not guarantee accuracy or performance outcomes. Use at your own risk.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses external APIs (e.g., weather and GPS data). Trophy Inc. is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data or services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and software in the App are the intellectual property of Trophy Inc. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or modify any part of the App.

7. Termination

Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete all copies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trophy Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
